A customer bought ISE Base licenses a year ago and now they want to grow in the solution.
They bought 100 Base licenses and now the wonder how they can grow and what the cost are for the next steps.
There is an error in the pricing, the customer should be in the P1 (L-ISE-BSE-P1) but the pricing is on P5 (L-ISE-BSE-P5) since initially 2500 sessions/users was offered. The sessions changed but the price level stayed.
I struggle to find an add SKU for the additional licenses, so I wanted to confirm that I have to add the amount of licenses that the customer wants to purchase by using the standard SKUs for the licenses in order to add them to an estimate.
The fact that a wrong pricing level was used when setting the pricing, would this have any implications?
