please help me .. 

have you face following error cisco ISE environment , my few windows pcs  are which are upgraded recently not able to connect to the network because of Dot1x auth issue . 

the error is as below

what ISE Version, what end devices ?

The log messages in your screenshots indicate that the users are not present in the Active Directory.  Are you sure that the users are using the correct username?

If you are sure the login details being used are correct, the few times I have seen this issue it has always been due to either outdated network driver or faulty / corrupt network driver on the PC.  Be sure that the latest vendor update has been applied for the network driver.

Guys Thank you , the issue resolved .

in endpoint  NIC setting the following option went disabled  - eap mschapv2 properties automatically use my windows logon name and password
