My customer wants to provide public wifi with below conditions on our classic wireless portfolio ( not Meraki) -
1. Login splash page - I know ISE can do this using portal customization
2. For first 30 mins, bandwidth limit should be 3Mbps for free - I know WLC has Bi-Directional Rate Limit not sure about ISE on the rate limit but I know that we can setup Advanced Attribute Settings, not sure on the time based ACL
3. For next 30 mins, bandwidth limit should be 1Mbps for free - not sure if ISE can do this
4. After 1 hour the wifi should be paid. So the guest should get a prompt for paid wifi - I know about the API but is there anyother way we can do this
5. After the guests are done using wifi, they should get a feedback page. - I am not sure if ISE has this or this should be done in the billing server
