Hi,
I am running distributed deployment with mutiple PSNs,MONs & Admin Nodes are deployed.I was verifying crtical vlan access and radius server dead critera and a test case scenrios to reboot/power off the devices for sometime and trun them on back and verify the service. But after devices came up i lost dashboard access There is no more GUI access though I am still able to access all the devices through CLI.
Could you please help me to identify the issue.

You have a lot of services which are not running and that is not good.
You can try to restart these services manually on each node and see the error and push it here on the site. For the moment I suggest you to shut all the monitoring node and psn and to just restart one of each after restarting admin node.

I was able to resolve the issue it was timzone synchronization issue due to a known Bug which is diagnosed by cisco TAC I changed the timezone reset the config to default and restored them back from repository and it started working.

As long as this service "ISE Application Server process is not running." is not running, your GUI won't work. As it was already suggested, you can try restarting the ISE application or reload the node itself.

What version are you running on the ISE's?
Could you please post the path to the timezone and what value was suggested by Cisco?
