Hi Guys,

One of our customer wants to upgrade ISE . They bought ISE hardware appliance 3400 series and have had it for years. They now wants it use it . I am trying to put in a proper documentation on what has to be done, pre-requisites ,  hardware requirements, storage .

I do see some guides in there but can any one help me with proper docs, information.

Thanks in advance.

Regards

Vaibhav

There are no pre-requisites, requirements, storage that you can mess around with if you have a hardware already.

The only thing that you should keep in mind is that ISE 2.4+ versions are not supported on that hardware. For scaling, you can look at this document : https://community.cisco.com/t5/security-documents/ise-performance-amp-scale/ta-p/3642148#jive_content_id_ISE_20_RADIUS_Performance
