ISE Dot 1 X authentication

Hi, we have ISE for AAA on our network. Recently noticed that new devices are placed on guest network, dot 1x is not being used thus defaulting to MAB. While troubleshooting, I realized  on external Identity source in ISE displays as not joined. I tried joining back using an account that had administrative privileges but still getting the error  Access Is Denied. Is there maybe something that am not doing it right?

Some time back i had same issue, my solution is -  contact your AD administrator and delete ISE node from AD and add back and test it.

Do you by any chance have a Server 2025 instance among your AD DCs? That can cause this issue.

Thank you. Adding the node afresh to the AD solved the issue
