ISE: Errors in ADE.log backup aborted

ISE INDEXING ENGINE BACKUP FAILED : Errors in ADE.log. Backup aborted

Using Standalone ISE node, I found the above log and can not take backup.

Why this haapens?

I used distributed deployment.

But I set ISE nodes back to standalone and reset their config by the command "application reset-config ise" since I could not take backup due to the log "ISE INDEXING ENGINE BACKUP FAILED : Errors in ADE.log. Backup aborted".

After that, as test, when I login to a ise device(standalone) and tried taking backup, the above picture log appeared.

However, I can have an access the backup page by Dashboard > Backup & Restore although I can not by other way(example, Maintenance > Backup & Restore).

So far, I cannot take backup.

Please help me with this problem.

The cause of this problem is seemed to be malfunction ADE OS had.

After the command "#reset-config", I can back the data up.

Will this command #reset-config", erase the existing data or any data loss will be there ?
