ISE failed to update resource from Cisco

Guys,

I try to update the client provisioning from cisco.com but it failed (print screen can see in attachment). I try from Cisco ISE, it can ping www.cisco.com.

Do you have any idea ?

Hi rizalferdiyan,

Can you please check the certificate store of ISE for the following certificate :

Baltimore CyberTrust Root.

If this certificate is not available you will not be able to download the resources from cisco.com site.

what is the ISE version? Update to latest is advised

Is there any known defect on this? If any of the certs are missing even applying latest patches or upgrades may not resolve this issue.

In addition to checking the certificates on the Admin node please confirm that your nodes are not running behind proxy.
