I'm setting up a single click sponsor approval process for wireless guest access and have an issue where the Approve link takes me to the sponsor portal login page rather than approving the request with a single click.
I think I have an issue with my AD but I can't find any way on ISE to check that AD is being checked and the result of that check. So either I have setup my single click wrongly or ISE is indeed contacting AD but getting a failure when it checks the sponsor email address exists. I want to be able to look in some ISE logs to see that the lookup is actually happening and the reason for the fail.
Can anyone assist?
