ISE is reporting alerts for 100% usage of share memory...

Hi Experts,

From a last few week, ISE nodes are reporting for 100% usage of the shared memory.
Checking from CLI, using show memory, following stats are reported:
ISE - Memory output.png

From this output, I am not able to decipher cached and swap cached are the same?
Where could it be checked if cache is used?
Does it affect overall performance of the node? Since these are reported on the PSNs.

Any pointers?

For an issue such as this which can result in an impact on authenticating users, I would suggest opening a TAC case.

VM or Appliance?  If VM ensure you are using the correct memory allocation for your expected VM size and you have proper reservations configured.
