ISE legacy licensing add on from 500 to 600 sessions

Hello, 

I´ve a customer that is currently using a legacy ISE VM, 

R-ISE-VM-K9= and L-ISE-BSE-500=

The customer wanted to expand the amount of licenses to 600 from 500 (add 100)

Is it possible to use the replacement SKU ie L-ISE-BSE-PLIC to add another 100 licenses to the customers ISE solution?

Which support channel should I use to get an answer regarding possible solution alternatives?

 please take a look at: ISE Ordering Guide., search for 4.6 ISE Base License.

Note:

".5.1 Cisco ISE License Ordering

. All Cisco ISE licenses are orderable in the Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW) and are listed on the Global Price List (GPL)

. Cisco ISE endpoint session-based licenses can be ordered in any quantity starting with 100 sessions..."

what ISE version may be time to migrate to new ISE with smart License i guess here .

ISE Base licenses are additive. It's fine by acquiring and applying more licenses from the newer SKU.
