ISE Log Issues

After installing the latest patch for ISE 2.2 we are seeing some very peculiar ordering of the logs.  It’s like some failed logs are being promoted to the top of the list despite their timestamps being older.  Are we aware of this?  Is it a new “known-issue” ?
