ISE - New System admin account

Hello all. Single node Ise 3.0 setup. The existing system admin user added a second system admin user account using the gui. This second new account can login to the gui but can't see  anything. No network devices, endpoints, sessions... almost as if it's a brand new machine. Different browsers.... tried an hour later... nothing seems to work. Thoughts?

 just to double check ... you create a Super Admin or a System Admin?

 Please double check the following info ISE Guide 2.7, search for Super Admin and System Admin.

Yep, stumbled upon that. Once changed to Super Admin all was well. Wish it would have given a clue by showing "you do not have permission..." instead of just showing 0 clients, 0 sessions, etc.
