We are trying to configure Passive Identity between ISE and FMC. The PXGrid connection is working, but the issue we are seeing is with the ISE-PIC agent that we manually installed on our AD server.
The Agent seems to have connectivity with ISE. If we look under reports->AD connector Operations, we see alot of the following events "ISE server TGT refresh succeeded" and "DC record cached"
However the passive ID doesn't work and we are seeing the following
error events under Reports->PassiveID
"Failed to reverse resolve ip to hostname, configure reverse DNS for the REST client host"
and "Make sure agent is up and running"
The reverse DNS is working as far as I can tell, so I am not really sure what those messages means.
Anyone suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?
