ISE Posture - issue for WFH users

gizbri

This is affecting some WFH users , not all.

At home user is on their wireless network - AnyConnect authenticates but COA never changes to postured/allowed , is stuck on the ISE redirect ACL

Same user , same laptop connects to Ethernet at home everything works.

I have a case open but I was wondering if anyone has had this issue?

You have a TAC case so not going to duplicate efforts here.

Hi

What is the status of the posture? Do you have a DART report generated? what logs are you getting from ISE?

Connectivity (WiFi or Wired) isn’t impacted by the CoA directly because CoA is applied on the anyconnect session.

However, some policies might be wrongly configured or conditions not matching correctly for those users on the WiFi.

Thanks
Francesco
