Regardless these solutions are not for long term development and testing. Dcloud will run into resource issues at some point in a 90 day when comparing to ise eval
Customer should thing of having their sales team include more trial license. Purchase their own lab instance for long term validation. Or use the ise POV

My two cents... Cisco should start opening these up to customers.
To my knowledge, customers have the following options:
- Run 90 day eval license
- Take a training course and get access to a lab
- Purchase an additional ISE instance for testing

You also have the http://cs.co/ise-pov for sales partners
I would recommend if you have further justification on why customers should have access to reach out to the dcloud team. It might be trouble to assist customers on support with this model I would think

Hi,
I understand that it could be a assist/support problem.
When doing our api development it's really problematic to have an 90 days version and keep it running and renewing the trial licenses.
And we don't do dev in live environments :)
I was surprised to see that many other API enabled products existed in Devnet or dCloud, but not ISE?
But now I know, and I can stop looking :)
