ISE VM PoV harddisk requirement

Hi, will it be necessary for ISE VM PoV / PoC to have 200 GB 10 K RPM harddisk drive. If yes, can you please elaborate on the reasons behind it? Thanks.

The 200GB specification is the minimum for production use. For evaluation, depending on the ISE version, you may have lower configurations.

For instance ISE 2.1:

Minimum (only for lab testing; supports about 20 endpoints) —100 GB

If you are running ISE in VMWare environment, you may 'thin provision' the disk, thereby limiting the effective use of the disk space to a lower value.
