ISE Web admin not available due to certificate expiration

Is there a way to reset the ise web admin or get in again if the certificate expired from public ca?  Once we get in we can do new csr to correct it but we can not get web admin login now.

In all web browsers we get

secure connection failed 

an error occurred during a connection to x. X.x.x.x. Peer's Certificate revoked.

We can get in the command line.

Sounds more like it was actively revoked, rather than just expired. Expired certs don't normally stop you gaining access to ise. Your browser must be doing a revocation check with the CA that issued the cert for ise.  You could try to disable revocation check in your browser.
