ISE: WEB GUI not working after changing hostname

I conduct #reset-config command to reset ADE OS and then set the hostname A.

After the reset ADE OS, I could have access to Web GUI.

Next, I issued the command A-config)#hostname B , and the device is automatically restarted.

Unfortunately, after that, I have not been able to access to Web GUI although Ping is reachable.

the log of "show application status ise" said that the API gateway service was not working.

I do know why it was not working.

but doing reset-config of ADE OS could solve this problem
