ISE web portal to let authenticated users register MAC addresses

Is it possible to allow a certain user group to register mac addresses they can be used for MAB ?  A bit like the CWA central web authentication, where this group is allow to register mac addresses of their test devices which will then be assigned to a predetermined vlan.

I admit this sounds like the wrong way around, but this is for a limited group of users for a single VLAN. so they can register their test devices to be linked to their test vlan without having to contact the IT staff to do so.

@Redguy yes, you can use a MyDevices Portal - users can login to this portal and add the MAC address, which adds the MAC to a specified group. This group can be referenced in an authorisation rule to match the incoming connections, any device with a MAC address in that group will match that authorisation rule and you can assign the required VLAN.
