Install Cisco 3.2 using CMIC interface took over 2 1/2 hours

I am rebuilding my ISE appliance SNS-3655 with ISE 3.2 using CMIC interface to mount the 3.2 ISO.  My windows server is on the same network as the CMIC interface with 1GB.  There is no issue with the network because I can send 800Mbits/sec from my Windows server to another linux server on the same network.  there are no issue with the CMIC interface when I check the port on the switch.  However, I started the installation at 5:20am and it finished the installation at 8am to give me the "setup" prompt.  The transfer rate between the server and CMIC interface is 22Mbits/sec.  This is so bad.

Is this the best Cisco can do?

I know I'm not answering version 3.2, but when we upgraded from 2.2 to 2.7 using USB burned bootable ISO's, a clean install took a little over two hours from the start of the reimage to the "setup" login. Those hundreds of steps you see do require a lot of I/O and processing, even when we clean installed onto 3655 and 3695 models. You want slow? Our cimc net installs over an https mount point took 5 - 8 hours. So a little over two hours when done with with USB, when you have as many units as we do, was heaven, even if someone in the data center had to plug plug them in. So I'd say three hours over the net is pretty comparable and nothing to complain about.
