I encountered an issue where my ISE servers in Administration > Servers > ISE Servers within Cisco Prime Infrastructure were marked as Unreachable. I deleted them and attempted to re-add them, but I ran into connectivity issues and user account status errors.
After troubleshooting, I found that the issue was related to the TOFU (Trust on First Use) certificate. The solution was to first delete the ISE TOFU certificate from Administration > Settings > Certificates in Cisco Prime, and then re-add the ISE servers.
Hope this helps anyone facing a similar issue!
Cheers,
