Issue Uploading Certs

BK_CiscoUser

I am trying to upload certificates under "Trusted Certificates". However, I get an error saying, "Internal error. Ask your system administrator to check the logs for more details."

Does anyone know why this is happening? Or does anyone know where the logs are located? I checked the logs under Operations, but I couldn't find any logs pertaining to this issue.

Have you tried restarting the node and what version/patch are you on?

I've tried restarting the node and I'm still getting the same results.

Version: 2.6.0.156

Does a certificate by the same name already exist in the trust store?

Did you ever figure this out?  I'm running into the same issue right now trying to use self-signed certs for firepower pxgrid integration.  ISE 2.4 and FMC 6.4.

Thanks.

How about Cisco fixed their **bleep** product so it gives something even remotely useful.  Who the else would be working on certs on an ISE server but the **bleep** Administrator.  WHAT **bleep** LOG???  ISE's logging system is the worst piece of crap.....
