Limit access to "My Devices Portal" to specific AD/LDAP Group

I have a customer that would like to limit the access to the "My Devices" portal to specific groups in AD/LDAP. There is enhancement request for this feature already:

However, I was told that this feature was already introduced in ISE v2.2 but I was unable to find any references to it in the ISE documentation or in the ISE installation in my lab.

I think they might be confusing the sponsor portal feature that was brought back from 1.2

The current workaround is this similar to sponsor

Please ask for feature request through sales team to use product management
