i have difficulities logging in to the acs server. I did repeat ping to the acs IP and and got replies with different TTL values. It looks like a pattern replies. When the TTL values is 63, im able to access the acs, but when TTL is 254, my connection drops out. Any idea?

Is that ACS 5.x ? What is the model, make and full code?
Can you paste the "show run" here?

it is Cisco ACS running version 5.2.026
I do not have the sh run with me now as im getting timeout error due to slow response.

Hello,
Can you login to the ACS using SSH or console connection and perform a show application status ACS command?
Also can you check that only 1 interface is configure on the ACS?
