Logging users off Internet

Greetings -

We employee ACS for authenticating users for outbound Internet access.  (ACS v4.2)

We have inactivity and absolute timers set up on our ASA to log users out at those set times -  but is there any mechanism for allowing the user to logout of their web session on demand?

If you google for POD or Packet Of Death you'll see there have been various schemes to implement a message that will instantly disconnect a user from whatever network resource they are using (or abusing) - I think there might even be a RADIUS RFC on it.

ACS doesnt implement any such back end features though.
