Message Catalog Disappeared from ISE2.4

Message Catalog page on ISE2.4 GUI doesn't show all messages.

This seems incorrect behavior...Anyway I need to provide full catalog to my end customer so they will consider log collection plan for next deployment. Are there any way to get full list offline?
