Multiple password policy in Cisco ACS 5.3

We are using Cisco ACS 5.3, where we are having local identity store.

We have created specific password policies also, where password complexity and password expiry policies are defined.

Now we want to create another user for which we want the password should never expire.

Can anybody guide me, how to do that?

The ability to set a user so the password never expires was not introduced until ACS 5.6.0.22.1 or ACS 5.6.0.22.2 (I cannot recall which patch). In that version, there is a check box under the user details called "Password Never Expired/Disabled." You can check this, so the password does not expire according to the global rules that are setup.

My organization migrated from ACS 4.2 to 5.5. Before going to production, we installed patches and upgrades as they were released. We are currently on ACS 5.7.0.15, so I have some experience with the changes that were made from ACS 5.5 to ACS 5.7.
