Multiple "BAD_ADDRESS" on DHCP server, Cisco or Microsoft issue

Hi,

I have an issue which is bothering our buisiness, having multiple BAD_ADDRESS entries on DHCP server, I opened a case with Microsoft telling me that it could be on L3 Switch, actually I checked the configuration of L3 switch but I did not find any ARP PROB feature enabled, how can I confirm if this feature is enabled or not on cisco 9200l Switches

Under vlan SVI apply below commands

No ip redirect 

No ip unreachable
