NAC 4.8.1.5 problem with XP in NEC pc

I discovered new problem regarding NAC agent version 4.8.1.5 with XP (sp1,sp2,sp3). The first time the NAC agent installed,everything works fine as normal. The problem arise when user RESTART pc, and he/she can directly get access to the network without the NAC agent pop up. When the pc is SHUTDOWN then ON again, the NAC agent will pop up as normal. FYI, the pc used is NEC with 1gb ram. Please advise.

What version of clean access are you running? Also are you running in band or out of band?

Clean Access version is 4.8.0 and are running out of band.

Are you using the out of band logoff feature? This should place the client back on the unauthenticated vlan. When the client is on the trusted vlan during a reset (and the link state never changes on the port with link up link down traps configured) the agent will not pop up. Out of band logoff was created in order to overcome this issue.
