Hi,
I work at my university's technology support center, and I am noticing a strange trend with a small subset of Windows Vista/Windows 7 machines: inexplicably, NAC Agent does not launch for the user to login, despite several attempts to re-install NAC/reset network settings.
The machines communicate appropriately with the DNS and DHCP severs. I'm at a loss as to why NAC Agent and CAS do not communicate for some machines (working and non-working computers both point to the same IP for the Discovery Host).
Attached are all relevant logs.
