We have a Unity that is transferring many calls offnet. Is there a way to override the Unity directory number on outbound calls made by unity.

e.g. Unity port is 1061 I would like the Caller id to show up as (609)555 5000 But only for that call

thanks

This issue has been brought up in CSCdw10125. It looks like it will be put into 3.1(3). A couple other options could be available using partitions, Calling search spaces, or translation patterns. Let me know if you want an example or if you are just going to wait for 3.1(3).

Thank you,

You may be able to accomplish this using a translation pattern in CallManager.
