Hello friends, I've installed the ACS version 5.2 in a VMware platform and everything seemed fine but in the post installation task I need to access to the GUI. Based on the documentation I should access the "https://10.0.0.X/acsadmin" on my browser's url but after I hit enter nothing comes up, there's just a whiter web page. Is there any missing configuration that I need to do and that it is not on the configuration pages?...

Hi Jonas,
Are you able to ping the ACS.If you have access to ACS cli, please can you include output of:
show application status acs
show version
Also are you following all the VM requirements:
Thanks,
Alex

It can be an issue with the certificate. Try to regenerate it through
the CLI: ACS5/acsadmin(config-acs)# reset-management-interface-certificate

I'm having the same issue with the Web GUI, when I attempt to enter config mode, it complains about no license, which needs to be added in the weg GUI...

Further to Alex post, this can be an issue with ACS itself. If all services are running fine and you can also ping the ACS than there must be some issue with the machine/browser. Have you already reloaded the server?
What are the specifications of your Vmware machine?

Jatin

I have re-installed ACS and reloaded the server a couple of times. All services are running. I can ping the ACS but not ssh or https.
VM build (2 x CPU/4GB RAM/500GB HDD)
Cheers
Matt
