No power to keyboard on ISE SNS device when attempting to KVM

Hi all,

I am attempting to connect to a ISE CICM by KVM as I have lost the password and need to reset it. When connecting a USB keyboard to the server there is no power showing and unable to use F8 to break the boot sequence, any ideas to why this would not be working I have tried two different keyboards.

What model of SNS appliance?

Are you connecting to the Cisco supplied KVM cable using the front KVM port or the standard USB ports on the back? Have you tried another KVM cable?
