I can log-in any Cisco switches and routes on our network, but I can't login to ACS web console. My teammate has compared his profile settings against mine, and we both have the same administrator role. I even tried to login from my teammate's computer and I still getting denied. Tried reset my password and that did not take care my problem. What else can I try?

A couple of questions:
- Are you guys using local username/password or do you have the deployment tied to Active Directory?
- What version of ACS are you using?
- Can you post screenshots of:
- System Administration > Administrative Access Control > Identity
- System Administration > Administrative Access Control > Identity

Thank you Neno for the reply. We got it figured out. Got my password reset under System Administration > Administrators > Accounts. My other teammate reset my password under Users and Identity Stores > Internal Identity Stores > Users, and that did not help me to access ACS.
