Not able to open the sponsor portal from Admin GUI ISE 2.2

Happy New year Guys,

suddenly today I am not able to open the sponsor portal from the admin GUI 

https://ise:9002/sponsoradminportal/SponsorAdminLogin.action

which i do show ports from CLI I don't see 9002 , if this is the reason how to add 9002 ?

it was working fine before the holidays.

Just to config, can you run the command tech netstat | i 9002 to validate that ISE isn't listening on that port?

Have you tried restarting your ise?
