Passive ID - user multiple logins are not reflected

Hi Experts.
Recently we have integrated passive ID with ISE 2.7.
Also integrated it with FMC using pxGrid.

Now what we are seeing is that the logins for the users are not reflected instantaneously in live logs.
And when a user logs in to multiple machines, those are not getting reflected as well.

Am I missing any configuration here or this is kind of expected?

they are in the same place or different location and different time zone?

FMC and ISE are located in the same location.
I need to check the time zone though.
