PIX HANGS WITH ACS

I have a pix 520 (6.2(2)), that is independent from a ACS (v2.4 winnt), every time I make a change on the ACS or even reboot the server the pix will hang up, this is not a big issue I just have to reload the pix,then the failover. I have looked at the config of the pix as well as the ACS and do not see any connection to the acs. I know this is a easy problem but I am just fried on why this is happing.

This seems a bit strange. There's no aaa commands in the PIX? You're not doing authentication on traffic through the PIX?

Does the PIX syslog show anything when you try and make a connection through the PIX after the ACS server has been rebooted? That's about the only thing that will really tell you what's going on.
