Polling time for System Summary and alarms?

I have ISE 2.2 patch 2 in a 3 node deployment. If I shutdown the interface of one the node there is a delay in system summary to mark it Unavailable in the PAN GUI.

Even the Health Status Unavailable alarm generated was about 20 minutes after the interface was shutdown.

Is there a polling timer that checks for the Health ? If so what is the polling time ? Can we change the polling time ?

I do not believe it can be easily updated, without a code change.

System health status is sent from each ISE node every 5 minutes and M&T triggers this alarm if no status received in the last 15 minutes.

Do we have any official guide stating the polling time ?

Not I aware of. Best to work with Nidhi and PM on this area to improve ISE alarms.
