how do I fix the ISE 3.3 configuration for the self registration portal because the portal redirect is successful on the client but does not display the page status can't be reached or interrupted

is the portal FQDN or IP, are you able to access manually that portal ? is the portal hosted locally or Internet ?

Access portal with IP Address and only for local network access, for configuration I have tried following this link

I have tried to do it using browsers, safari, mozila, chrome and edge, the same site status is not reachable and for firewalls on the client side and on the network side I have turned it off.

let start troubleshooting
1- try change the browser of your client (check OK)
2- did you check ISE cert is add to your client?
How to check try manaully access portal by browser
https://<ISE_IP_or_hostname>:8443
If you see site not secure then cert is issue here

This issue has been successfully resolved by adding an ACL configuration, deny destination port 8905.
