possiblity on using ACS to limit user access by time

Hi,

I'm a new user on ACS, and have such requirements and problems to resolve:

We have an education environment where students access the routers and swtiches via a terminal server, and the terminal server passes the authentication information to the ACS for determining whether the account is eligible for access.

Now we want to enforce a time rule and device rule where a valid account can only access a certain number of devices during a specific given time range. is that possbile with the cisco ACS 5?
