PPTP problem after user connect in ISR4351/K9

hello. 

before discuss about my problem sorry for my bad English.

Recently I setup a VPDN in ISR4351 and config radius,aaa, virtual -template,ip local pool ... no problem and user can connect to router as BRAS. Because I want to nat my private ip pool to a valid ip address it's necessary to ping my connected interface for nat action.

After user connected to router and create virtual-access session, user cant ping any connected IP in router except loopback interface which unnumbered in virtual-template interface.

trace from client show nothing and just * as time-out. But debug ip icmp show incoming traffic from client.

I just use "license accept end user agreement" command and reload router but nothing happened.

Interesting point is I moved my entire config to a C3845 and it worked fine!
