problems about authentication proxy

why does my cisco3640 router(ios version 12.1(3)) have no commands like "ip auth-proxy xxx"? thanks for any help!!!

The "ip auth-proxy" command can be used in the global configuration mode and the interface configuration mode. In which mode is this not happening. This command was introduced with IOS version 12.0(5)T. For more information on this command use this URL.

You need IOS firewall feature set for auhtentication proxy

try feature navigator to find IOS for auhtentication proxy for your 3640
