Process for migrating legacy ISE VMs to the new license structure for ISE

Hi Team,

We have a customer that has number of ISE VMs deployed. They are going through renewing their support contract through our services team and want to renew support on their appliances, upgrade to ISE 2.4, as well preserve their perpetual base licenses. What is the process for migrating their ISE appliances from the legacy SKUs to the new SKUs ?

You need to get the Purchase Order used to procure the original VM Licenses, and then send an email to licensing@cisco.com
