Folks,
I have a customer needing offline profiler feed service access. They are a utility OT network that cannot be connected to the Internet. All licenses for PLUS are up to date.
When they click the link, they are told to send an request for access which they did - but no one is replying.
Here is a snippet from the response email (customer removed):

Subject: Spam: ISE Partner Feed Service Registration Status
Dear XXXXXXXX
Thank you for your ISE Feed Service registration request.
Your registration was submitted at Wed, 23 Aug 2017 at 04:32:03 PDT and is currently pending.
An email will be sent to you once the registration request has been processed.
Most requests are processed within 2 business days.
For inquiries related to this registration request, please reply to this email.
