Hello everybody,
I am updating the SNS-3495 ADMIN / Monitor version 2.0 to 2.3, in the preparation of the update is presenting the following error (below), has anyone ever encountered this error, what is the solution used to proceed with the ISE update?

Hey, my upgrade failed in the very same step, i raised a TAC case and its been identified as the software bug and TAC gave me a patch to install in all the nodes and then my upgrade was success. I would suggest you to work with TAC.

Cisco sent me this hotfix and it really solved my problem.

We just ran into the same issue with VM based on SNS-3415 and contacted TAC.
I am wondering why Cisco did not include this hotfix in the patch bundles; the bug tool says there has been 117 TAC cases related to this issue.
