I have tried 'no logging console' on ACS CLI, and it did NOT turn off messages within the putty session. I have also tried the command 'logging loglevel <#>' to try to stop the logging within my putty session and it didn't stop the logging messages.
I am also trying to configure a username via the CLI and all I keep finding is mention of creating an ACS admin, but I need to configure an actual username and password, akin to configuring it in the Users menu in the GUI.
Thanks for your help!

Not sure what is the use case here, when you have all the option available in GUI why you like to use CLI, ?
1. turn-off logging on console via CLI
- ACS Logs or device Logs ?
2. configure a user via the CLI (try below commands, never tried, but duable i guess)

I currently have a different problem I asked a question for. I cannot access ACS via the web GUI. That is why I am trying to configure with the CLI. I have erroneous logging that is ouputting into the CLI, similar to interface resets, etc in Routers and switches, so I guess this would be device logs?
