Hi all;
Consider the following statement:
As you know, when the user logs in to a guest portal, and is successfully authenticated, that user's number of existing logins is checked to see if the user has already reached the maximum number of logins. If yes, the Guest user is redirected to an error page. An error page is displayed, and the session is stopped.
The steps that I have taken:
The above configuration is based on the "Contractor (default)" guest type.
Now a designated sponsor user creates a test user:
As you can see above, although I have changed the default settings from "5" to "1", the sponsor portal does not honor the changes.
That problem is that; when the created guest user logins from two different endpoints, this action does not trigger the designated error message from ISE 3.2 Patch 4...
Any ideas?
Thanks

@rezaalikhani Take a look at this other thread ISE Guest - Configure Maximum Simultaneous Logins for Endpoint Users

It's not a bug - it's just the wording in the Sponsor Portal telling you the maximum number of devices the user can Register (number of Endpoint MAC addresses registered to the Guest Account Name) - which is different to the max number of devices the user can use concurrently (i.e. active).
