Radius proxy setting on Cisco Access Registrar 4.2

We are going to set up a CAR server as a Radius proxy. Looking through the admin guide, it mainly mention how to set up CAR as a RADIUS server instead of a proxy server. We still have no idea on how to configure it.

Could you help to advice some guidelines for the basic setup for the Radius proxy?
