All, I have this unusual problem with a couple of switches that perform DOT1X with a pair of v4.1 ACS servers. From time to time the switches will seem to drop the secondary ACS server from their config. This is based on the output of the "sh radius server-group all" command". Here is some sample output of the problem:

There should be a second server listed in this group but there is not. I have to go into config mode and remove the second server via the "no radius ..." command and re-add it. Anyone seen this problem and have an idea what the problem is and how to correct it?
